Right choice is (b) 31.05 mmoles O2 / liter hr

To explain I would say: OTR = kLa(PO2 – P*)

= 169 mmol O2 / 1 hr atm(0.21- 0.0263) atm

= 31.05 mmoles O2 / liter hr.
