Correct Answer - Option 1 : -2

We know that,

∇.B = 0

\(\left( {\frac{\partial }{{\partial x}}{a_x} + \frac{\partial }{{\partial y}}{a_y} + \frac{\partial }{{\partial z}}a_z} \right)\left( {4 x{a_x} + 2{ky}{a_y} + 8{a_z}} \right) = 0\)

4 + 2K = 0

K = -2
