Correct Answer - Option 3 : Full scale load

First of all the test is carried out in Non-destructive form like Rebound Hammer Test and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity test. If the non-destructive and destructive tests both fail, as per IS-456 if sample test gets fail in all the test Full-scale load test is used.
