Correct Answer - Option 2 : 1 and 2 only

Prestressing tendons are threaded after concreting and the diameter of the sheathing shall be at least 5 mm more than the diameter of the tendon and the sheathing ducts are spiral type. There is no splicing of reinforcement be provided at the joints of prestressing steels in a prestressed concrete member hence no such inspection is required.

Hence only statement 1 and 2 are correct.
