If students with good grades want to take a student loan for higher studies, they easily get it. It is students with average grades or below, who struggle to get a loan.

Correct Answer - Option 1 : It is believed that higher education would make a good student even more skilled and he’s more likely to easily pay back the loan than an average or below average student.

The above statements discuss how it is easier for a student with good grades to get a loan. According to the statements, the financial state or the gender of the student is not concerned. So option 2 and 3 cannot be right. The statements do not make any claim as to which students will succeed and which ones will fail, so option 4 and 5 cannot be right either. It is only option 1 which adds reason to the argument given in the statements. Loan is given purely on the ability of the student to return it. Hence, option 1 is the right answer.
