Calculation:

The highest temperature in degree centigrade = 4.5

The lowest temperature in degree centigrade = -5.5

The difference between highest and lowest temperature in degree centigrade = 4.5 - (-5.5) = 10

∴ The difference between highest and lowest temperature in degree centigrade is 10.
