Given:

The number is 675.

Concept:

When we do prime factorization a perfect square number, the prime factors obtained can be arranged in pairs.

Calculation:

675 = 5 × 5 × 3 × 3 × 3

⇒ 675 = (5 × 5) × (3 × 3) × 3

Here, we can see one 3 is required to make complete pairs.

∴ The smallest number is 3.
