Correct Answer - Option 4 : 20

Given:

The candidate attempted 12 questions and all 12 questions are correct

Formula used:

Percentage = (Part value/Full value) × 100

Calculation:

Let each question carry x marks

Marks scored by the candidate is

⇒ 60% = 12 × x

⇒ 100% = (12x/60) × 100

⇒ 100% = 20x

So there are 20 questions.

∴ Total number of question is 20 in the examination.
