Correct Answer - Option 1 : 41.21 A

Concept:

Equation of an alternating current, I = Isin ωt

Im­ is the maximum value

Average value \(= \dfrac{{2 \times {I_m}}}{\pi }\)

Calculation:

Given,

Alternating current = 64.8 sin 423 t

Im = 64.8 A

Average current 

\(= \dfrac{{2 \times {I_m}}}{\pi } = \dfrac{2\times64.8}{\pi}=41.25\;A\)
