Correct Answer - Option 3 : \(\dfrac{1}{6}\)

Given:

A knitting wool sample card has 4 red, 1 black, 2 pink, and 5 blue samples.

Formula Used:

Probability = Number of observations/Total number of observations

Calculation:

The number of pink wool sample = 2

Total knitting wool sample = 4 + 1 + 2 + 5 = 12

Probability = 2/12  =1/6

∴ The probability that it is pink is 1/6.
