Formula 

Average = Sum of observation/No. of observation

Calculation

let the age of coach be x  

⇒ Total age of 7 players = 26 × 7 = 182 years

⇒ 30 × 8 = 182 + x 

⇒ x = 240 - 182 = 58 years 

∴ The age of coach is 58 years.
