Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 3 : both b and c

Given

The ages of two persons N and R are 25% and 37% less than the age of third person S.

Formula Used

Percentage decrease = [(Original Number - New Number)/Original no.] × 100

Calculation

Let the age of the third person S' age be 100

Than, N's age,

100 - 25% of 100 = 75

and R's age,

100 - 37% of 100 = 63

Required decreased percentage = [(75 - 63)/75] × 100

 12 × 100)/75 = 16%

∴ We can say either R's age is 16% less than N's or N's age is 16% bigger than R's age.
