Correct Answer - Option 4 : 4 : 3

Given:

Two trains cross a man 27 sec and 24 sec respectively.

Calculation:

⇒ Length of first train = 27S1 Where S1 is the speed of the first train

⇒ Length of second train = 20S2 Where S2 is the speed of the second train

⇒ They cross each other in 24 seconds

⇒ (27S1 + 20S2)/(S1 + S2) = 24

⇒ By solving

⇒ S1 : S2 = 4 : 3

∴ The required result will be 4 : 3.
