Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 3 : \(4\over 13\)

Concept:

  • The number of ways for selecting r from a group of n (n > r) = nCr
  • The probability of any event to occur = \(\rm \text{The required number of cases}\over\text{Total number of cases possible}\)

Calculation:

The total number of ways of drawing a card = 52C1 = 52

The favorable cases here = 13(card of clubs) + 3(Kings other than that of clubs) = 16

The required probability = \({16\over 52} = \boldsymbol{4\over 13}\)
