Given:

Their investing amount = $ 20,000 each

After 6 months,

Ronaldo invest = $ 2000, Messi invest = $ 3000 while Neymar withdraw = $ 6000

Total profit at the end of the year = $ 11900.

Formula Used:

If A invest Rs. x for p months and B invest Rs.y for q months then,

(A's share) ∶ (B's share) = xp : yq

Share = Amount × Time

Basic Knowledge of Ratio.

Calculation:

The ratio of investment of Ronaldo ,Messi and Neymar,

Ronaldo : Messi : Neymar

(20,000 × 6 + 22,000 × 6) : (20,000 × 6 + 23,000 × 6) : (20,000 × 6 + 14,000

= (1,20,000 + 1,32,000) : (1,20,000 + 1,38,000) : (1,20,000 + 84,000) 

= 2,52,000 : 2,58,000 : 2,04,000 = 42 : 43 : 34

Sum of the ratio = 42 + 43 + 34 = 119

According to Question,

When total share is 119 then profit = 11900

When share is 1 then profit = 11900/119 = 100

And When share is 43 then profit = 100 × 43 = $ 4300

∴ Messi's share in the profit is of $ 4300.
