Correct Answer - Option 2 : × and ÷

1) + and ÷

Given expression: 9 ÷ 3 + 6 - 6 × 2 = 30

After replacing the symbols, we get:

L.H.S = 9 + 3 ÷ 6 - 6 × 2

= 9 + 0.5 – 12

= 9.5 – 12

= -2.5 ≠ R.H.S

2) × and ÷

Given expression: 9 ÷ 3 + 6 - 6 × 2 = 30

After replacing the symbols, we get:

L.H.S = 9 × 3 + 6 - 6 ÷ 2

= 27 + 6 – 3

= 33 – 3

= 30 = R.H.S

3) ÷ and -

Given expression: 9 ÷ 3 + 6 - 6 × 2 = 30

After replacing the symbols, we get:

L.H.S = 9 - 3 + 6 ÷ 6 × 2

= 9 – 3 + 2

= 11 – 2

= 9 ≠ R.H.S

4) × and +

Given expression: 9 ÷ 3 + 6 - 6 × 2 = 30

After replacing the symbols, we get:

L.H.S = 9 ÷ 3 × 6 - 6 + 2

= 18 – 4

= 14 ≠ R.H.S

Hence, ‘× and ÷’ is the correct answer.
