Calculation:

Hindi books = 60% of x

⇒ 0.6x

∴ Remaining books = x – 0.6x

⇒ 0.4x

∴ English books = 40% of 0.4x

⇒ 0.24x

∴ Gujrati books = x – 0.6x – 0.24x

⇒ 0.16x

There are 9600 English books.

∴ 0.24x = 9600

⇒ x = 40,000

∴ Gujarati books = 40,000 × 0.16

⇒ 6400

∴ The total number of books in Gujarati are 6400
