Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 4 : 7/13

Formula used:

P(E) = (Favorable events)/(Total events)

Calculation

Total red card = 13 heart + 13 diamond = 26

King = 4

Total favorable events = The card is either red card or a king = 26 + 4 – 2 = 28

P(E) = 28/52 = 7/13

The required probability is 7/13
