Explanation:

\(Back\;work\;ratio = \frac{{Negative\;work}}{{Possitive\;work}} = \frac{{{W_C}}}{{{W_T}}}\)

where WC = work done in the compressor and WT = work done by turbine

\(Work\;Ratio=\frac{{Net\;work}}{{Possitive\;work}}=\frac{{{W_T} - {W_c}}}{{{W_T}}} = 1 - \frac{{{W_C}}}{{{W_T}}}\)
