Correct Answer - Option 1 : 5900

Given:

In an election A got 38% of the total votes, C got 21% of the total votes, and B got the remaining votes which is equals to 4100 votes

Calculation:

Let the total vote casted be x

A and C together secured = 38 + 21 = 59% votes

B got = 100 – 59 = 41% votes

41% of x = 4100

⇒ x = 10000

Sum of votes casted to A and C = 59% of x

⇒ 59% of 10000

⇒ 5900

The total number of vote casted to A and C is 5900.
