Statements: "you have to complete the training program and completion of training means you have to qualify all the phases of the training program." -  An SME of ABC says to all the trainees. 

Assumption:

I. It is necessary to clear all the phases of training program.

II. Those are clear all the phases get selected in this ABC company.

2. Only assumption II is implicit.

Correct Answer - Option 1 : Only assumption I is implicit.

Given:

Statements: "you have to complete the training program and completion of training means you have to qualify all the phases of the training program." -  An SME of ABC says to all the trainees. 

Assumption:

I. It is necessary to clear all the phases of training program. → Implicit, as it is given that you have to qualify all the phases of program.

II. Those are clear all the phases get selected in this ABC company.  → Not implicit, here in the given statements it is given about training program but not define any further selection process.

Hence, only assumption I is implicit.
