Given Word: MASTERFUL

After arranging all letters of the given word in alphabetical order: 

A E F L M R S T U  

After changing all consonants to the 2nd previous letter and all vowels to the next letter as per the English alphabetical series: 

B F D J K P Q R V

Hence, all nine letters are not repeating more than once in the above arrangement.
