Correct Answer - Option 4 : V, K, D, P, I, C

Let us check all options:

1)C= E ≤ P ≥ D > W = M→ As C= E ≤ P ≥ D, there is no definite relation between C and D. Hence this is not definitely false.

2) Q= D ≤ P ≥ K > C = S→ As D ≤ P ≥ K > C, there is no definite relation between C and D. Hence this is not definitely false

3) C= V ≤ D ≥ P > X = M→ As C= V ≤ D, there is no definite relation between C and D. Hence this is not definitely false

4) V= K ≤ D ≥ P > I = C→ As ≤ D ≥ P > I = C→ C < D. This is definitely false.

Hence, V, K, D, P, I, C will make C ≤ D definitely false.
