Correct Answer - Option 3 : 190˚

The angle between the hour hand and the minute hand when the clock shows 10:20 can be calculated by using the following formula:

Angle = \(\frac{{11}}{2} \times M - 30 \times H\)

Where M = Minutes and H = Hours

Here M = 20 and H = 10

Therefore, we get angle = \(|\frac{{11}}{2} \times 20 - 30 \times 10|\) = |110 – 300| = 190˚

Hence, 190˚ is the correct answer.
