(a) Isomers have same molecular formula but different arrangement of atoms.

CH3CH2 - O - CH3 and CH3 - CH2 - CH- OH are the pair of isomers. 

They have same molecular formula but different arrangement of atoms.

(b) They show metamerism isomerism because they have different groups present on either side of a oxygen atom and have same molecular formula
