Correct Answer - Option 2 : Rs. 192.50

Given:

Paid = Rs. 82.50 extra

Discount = 30%

Calculations:

Let the original price be x.

Then,

⇒ 30% of x = 82.50

⇒ 30 / 100 × x = 82.50

⇒ x = 82.50 × 100 / 30

⇒ x = 275

∴ Mihika brought the calculator in 275 - 82.50 = 192.50

Mihika brought the calculator for Rs. 192.50.
