Correct Answer - Option 2 : Only 2

Given:

Two statements are given

Formula Used:

Basic concept of trigonometric ratio and identities

We know that

tan(90 - A) = cotA and sec(90 - A) = cosecA

Calculation:

It is given that A + B = 90

∴ A = 90 – B

Put the value of A in equation tanA = secB

∴ tan (90 - B) = Cot B

So, statement 1 is incorrect

Now, put the value of A in equation secA = cosecB

∵ sec(90 - θ) = cosec θ

∴ sec(90 - B) = cosecB

So, statement 2 is correct

Hence, option (2) is correct
