Best answer

a) In the case of convex mirror,

Object distance = u = -5 cm ; Focal length = f = +10 cm

Mirror formula

It is virtual image.

b) magnification = (m) = \(-\frac{v}{u}=\frac{-3.33}{-5}=0.66 .\)

It is erected image . The image is diminished by a factor of 0.66 .
