Given that l // m; p // q. 

In ΔABC and ΔCDA 

∠BAC = ∠DCA (∵ alternate interior angles) 

∠ACB = ∠CAD AC = AC 

∴ ΔABC ≅ ΔCDA (∵ ASA congruence)
