i) What do you observe?

ii) When do the magnets attract each other? 

iii) When do the magnets repel each other?

i) I observe that magnets not only attracts but also repel each other

ii) In the first two situations, they attract each other. That means when unlike poles come close to each other they attract.

iii) In the last two situations, they repel each other. That means when like poles come close to each other they repels.
