If water of the beaker is heated.

1. Because of boiling there is a increase in saturated vapour pressure of the water therefore size of the bubble increases.

2. Increase in temperature causes the decrease in Surface tension.

3. Also increasing temperature increases the root mean square velocity of air molecules inside the bubble.
