Correct option is  (1) Both S1, & S2 are true

S1: In 15th group oxide higher the oxidation state of element higher is acidic character
Example: P2O3 less acidic than P2Os.
15th group
N2O3 Acidic
P2O3 Acidic
As2O3 Amphoteric
Sb2O3 Amphoteric
Bi2O3 Basic
