Carbocation (A) is stabilised by hyperconjugation due to 4α hydrogen atoms.

Carbocation (C) is also stabilised by hyperconjugation but destabilised by −I effect of O-atom.

Carbocation (B) is most stable as it is stabilised by resonance.

So, Correct decreasing order of stability is  B > A > C.
