The correct option (b) 4x + 3y + 1 = 0   

Explanation:

Parabola: y2 = 8x ⇒ a = 2

Required equation is (– 3)y – 4(x + 2) = (– 3)2 – 8(2)

 ∴  – 3y – 4x – 8 = 9 – 16 

∴  4x + 3y + 1 = 0.
