An iron ball of radius 30 mm is 10-2 mm too large than a hole is a brass plate when both at 30°C. What is rise in temperature of the two so that the ball is just about to pass through the hole? 

Coefficient of linear expansion of iron and brass is 1.9 x 10-5 (°C)-1 and 1.2 x 10-5 (°C)-1 respectively.
