The eligibility criteria for JEE Main for Applicants to show up in JEE Main 2023 are the following:
Age Limit
In 2021, and 2022 Candidates must be passed 12th and appear in 2023, and no upper age limit for appearing in JEE Main Exam 2023.
Appearing Year
Candidates must be passed their twelfth or comparable exam in 2021, and 2022, or showing up in 2023 can sit for JEE Main 2023.
Qualification Required
Candidates must be passed 12th or equivalent in 2021, and 2022, and appear in 2023.
Maximum Attempts
Applicants can sit for both sessions in April and May both will be counted as single attempts and Applicants may take a maximum of 3 years back-to-back.
Subjects
Candidates must study Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their 12th qualifying examination.
Documents required for JEE Main Exam 2023:
- Passport-sized photograph with date and signature
- Upload a scanned copy of the signature
- Class 10th certificate
- Class12th mark sheet
- If applicable, PWD, SC/ST certificate,
- Valid Email ID and mobile number for JEE registration
- Identity proof such as Passport/Aadhaar card/voter ID.
