Correct option: (D) γ – {(ΔV) / V}

Explanation:

Isothermal expansion means T is constant

As PV = n ∙ R ∙ T

Hence PV = constant

∴ P ΔV – V ΔP = 0

(ΔP / P) = – (ΔV / V)
