Correct option is (D) \(log|x+3|+K\)

\(\int \frac{x-3}{x^2 -9} dx = \int \frac{x-3}{(x-3)(x +3)}dx\)

\(= \int \frac 1{x + 3} dx\)

\(= log|x + 3|+ K\)
