There are 6 roses in a vase.

Total number of vases = 6 x 6 = 36

In 1 vase there are 6 roses. i.e 1 * 6 = 6. (Given)

If there are 6 vases then there are 6 * 6 =36 roses.

Therefore, there are total of 36 roses in  6 vases.
