Correct option is (b) [Cr(NH3)6]+3

d0 (Sc+3, Ti+4) and d10 (Zn+2) species will not absorb visible light and are colurless whereas Cr+3 (d3) can undergo d-d transition on absorption of visible light of particular wave length and will be coloured.
