• Make the subject as short as possible, and make it relevant to the matter you write in the body of the email
• If you are on a PC/ Laptop, look for the paper pin sign next to the send button. Here select the appropriate files from the location on your computer and click the open button.
• Make sure you name the attachment according to the appropriate naming scheme.
• Wait for the attachment to load. If you are attaching a video file, check if the video is lesser than 25 MB as any E-mail service has a limit of 25 MB.
• If the attachment is above 25 MB, use online compressors to reduce the size of the file, or, upload the file to Google Drive and share the link in the body of the E-mail.
• Write relevant information regarding the attachment and hit send.
• If you are on a mobile device, press the paper pin button, select choose from this device (if the attachment is present on your mobile device), or select the appropriate option and follow the steps given in the previous points.
