Best answer

The correct option (B) 1.33

Explanation:

Diatomic gas has translational, rotational & vibration degree of freedom

Degree of freedom = 3(translatory) + 2 (rotatory) + 1(vibratory) = 6

(Cp/CV) = 1 + (2/f)

∴ (Cp/CV) = 1 + (2/6) = (4/3) = 1.33
