(a) Both A and R are true and R is the correct explanation of A.

Assertion and Reason are correct statements and Reason is the correct explanation of Assertion. Volume of solutions is a function of temperature which varies with temperature. Hence, molarity of a solution in liquid state change with temperature

Molarity = Moles of solute / Volume of solution (in L)
