It is clear from the passage that there are harmful effects of applying anti-biotics as growth promoters in animals. Denmark banned antibiotic growth promoters. The message, therefore, is that antibiotic growth promoters should be banned for animals. This is not given in the option. Instead we have using antibiotics should be banned among animals.
