A ball is moving towards the ball as shown in diagram then its momentum is conserved?

Perpendicular to the wall, the change of momentum is 

mvcosθ - mvcosθ = 0 [as both are opposite]

Along wall, momentum

mvsinθ + mvsinθ = 2mvsinθ

So, momentum is conserved along wall.
