The correct option is (C) 2A.

Explanation:

Id = displacement current and Id = (o / d) ∙ (dv / dt) = c ∙ (dv / dt)

Given (dv / dt) = 106V/s      &        c = 2μF

Hence

Id = 2 × 10–6 × 106 = 2A
