Training Load:

The training load is feedback on the vigorous effort of a single training session. The calculation is based on risky vitality origins (carbohydrates and proteins) consumed during exercise. It makes loads of different types of training sessions relative to one another.

The training load is cumulative if estimated over time. Add the training load of each day over a week, and you have the training load for the week.

Adaptation:

Adaptation is commonly a practical adjustment but if the homeostasis is optimally interrupted repeatedly for several days then the human body reacts by producing structural and metabolic alterations that allow the body to tolerate load more efficiently.
