The antenna is a vertical rod that is found at the top of every two ends of the volleyball net.
- Antenna are generally seen in two colors namely white and red. They are mounted at both the ends of the volley ball net. They are found above the sidelines and cannot be found in in-play.
- These antennas gives the referee and the players a clear view of whether the ball is out of bounds or is in play or it had flied out of the nets.
- They are used only in indoor volleyballs and not outdoors.
