It is a very easy and very stress relieving pose. there are many other poses who can relief your stress but I prefer this one only for relieving my stress.

Savasana it is also very relaxing and stress relieving because the use of this the blood circulation in your body in a very proper way and it reaches your head properly so that, we feel good with the use of this pose.

Savasana is the classic relaxation pose. It needs you to rest even on your backbone and linger motionless like a dead body. Savasana is a trainee level Ashtanga yoga asana. You can exercise this asana at any period of the day. Be in it for 5 to 10 minutes.

Pose Benefits: Savasana relaxes all your tissues. It excites blood distribution and is useful for those having neurological difficulties. The asana provides you a far and thoughtful peace.
