P(A ∩ B) = \(\frac 4{13}\) 

P(B) = \(\frac 9{13}\)

\(P(\frac AB) = \frac{P(A \cap B)}{P(B)}\)

\(= \cfrac {\frac 4{13}}{\frac 9{13}}\)

\(= \frac 49\)
